Fox hired Pope at Georgia. Doesn’t make it right, because I believe Fox isn’t great as well, but highly doubt Pope is gonna give him the boot simply based on what Fox did for his career.

Alvin brooks had a lot of success at Baylor and im shocked he didn’t work out at UK. He was the lead recruiter and brought in three 5 star players to Baylor. But struggled at UK?? Look how bad Baylor has been since he left. Very strange that he’s pushed out and mark fox and Cody Fueger are still on staff. Not a good sign

I have a theory and it’s gaining momentum in my opinion. Pope knows he’s done. He also knows that one more year probably sets he and his family up very well financially for life. He’s not capable of any of his obligations so he’ll go through the motions, get some sh*tty players and a rogue assistant that’s willing to be on easy street for a year and walk away. Then, we have a terrible year as expected, Pope gets several million MORE dollars, then takes himself and his family far away from UK basketball and lives a sweet life that is better than 99+% of BBN. He’s said to be brilliant, then we said he was a total idiot, now it looks like he’s dumb like a fox and we get screwed again.

Three years in a row Brooks brought in 5 star All-Americans to Baylor (Vj Edgecombe, Keyonte George, Jakobe walker). He was on a national championship staff and had been known for years as a great recruiter. But they decide to keep Fueger and mark fox????

Fox last season as a head coach he had a record of 3-29. Guy set a record for most losses in a single season and his winning percentage at California is the second worst in college basketball history as a head coach. We ran Alvin brooks and Jason Hart off and kept mark fox and Cody Fueger. I just don’t get it.
