I was glad to see them win. Remember he made the basket with about 1/10 second left so I am sure they were veryrrrrrrryyyyyy happy. They are 7- W's and 3-L's now.
Duke celebrated the same way on the Dockery three. Buzzer beaters are exciting plays. I've never seen anyone hit a buzzer beater and calmly walk to the bench to shake hands. If you see that, please link the video. Meh.
One of the the idiots at THR named Soap-New and Improved said Cat Barber pushed off in order to get the shot off and of course blamed the officials for NC State's win.. What haters some of them are.
Actually it looked like Cat's on teammate tried to set a pick and bumped him hard. I thought for sure he would miss after being knocked off balance.
I normally pull for the acc and state , depending on who they are playing. But since I graduated from HPU, it was HP college back then, too bad the panthers couldn't quite pull it off. Still haven't figured out why state had to go to the buzzer to beat them..
