So what time is the game today Stevenson? I can't seem to find it on the schedule anywhere.
It takes more than one player to win or lose the game. I don't get why some have so much of an issue with his confidence.So what time is the game today Stevenson? I can't seem to find it on the schedule anywhere.
It is confidence when you consistently deliver. It's arrogance when you cannot and Stevenson is not consistent. Stevenson is a mercenary, as is most of the team, who has no loyalty or love for WVU. He is a free agent that came to WVU in order to be a foundational piece of a team capable of a tournament run and failed. So I don't feel bad about not being "GO team", "We're still proud of you", "Once a Mountaineer, always a Mountaineer", or "You tried your best."
And the "student athletes" better get used to not having fan loyalty without earning it or getting shielded from media scrutiny and scathing criticism.
Players represent the school on their uniform. Respect their decision in following the rules and cheer on the TEAM. Too much negativity in this world to be overly critical with the players when they represent and perform to their best. And Stevenson and his teammates did. They weren't good enough. Let it go and show some class.
