This is beyond pathetic. I have logged out and logged back in. I have linked my email accounts with this account. Nothing works and I'm still Mr. Anonymous. I guess I'm out and will be looking for another board to post on. Really disappointed that Rivals went away.
Still can't change my alias

You can log out, and once back on the login window, choose 'I don't have an account'. From there, you have to enter in an email, password, and username. The critical part is the username. It has to be different than the one you used on Rivals. My username was exemjr on Rivals, but when trying to use that, the continue button would do nothing. Once I changed it to exemjr_uk, I was then able to hit the continue button and create the new account. That will get rid of the anonymous for you.
I had tge same problem. Based on a suggestion from exemjr_uk, I logged out and resigned up under a different email and user name. By placing an @ sign in front of my old user name (ala_kat2) when signing up at ON3 Rivals, it let me keep ‘ala_kat2’ as my user name. But, you have to do this when initially creating your sign-in user name. Very frustrating.
Most of these issues aren't going to be fixed on the weekend much less a Holiday weekend.
For those running browser extensions such as popup blockers. If you're running into issues changing your profile or not getting notifications, try disabling your extensions temporarily. I had to disable all of mine before anything worked. Same thing happened to me on the last board; my extensions were blocking notifications from CI too.
I have done everything correctly and my username is still bogus.
I just wish we had a little more warning ahead of the merger. I knew it was happening but never remember a post on the old board saying "You should do this or that before July 1 so that your account will come over easily."

Yep, I'm trying to be patient but they didn't do a good job with this. Filed a ticket with support a couple of days ago, don't know what else to do.
ETA: I was able to change my name but had to use an asterisk; no space allowed. I had two new On3 accounts because I had trouble changing email address on RR before this happened. The other one is now PygmySasquatch. So hoping one of these gets my old content.

logout clear cookies register new account with desired name(can't be exact match of rivals name)
They have my name correct when I go to settings but it isn't what it shows over there <<<
