I see people on this board saying they are disappointed in what is looking like a 6-6 finish for you guys. I just don't see it. Isn't 6-6 better than 5-7? You have to gradually build things up. If you were to cut ties with Stoops you would have to completely start over. The only way I see this being Stoops's last year for you guys is if the unthinkable happens and UK loses to Austin Peay and Louisville to miss a Bowl again. But I don't see that happening. Just 4 years ago wouldn't you guys have been thrilled to be in a Bowl game?

Lol, is there some kind of unwritten rule that says you can't move up more than one win per season? That's Tennessee logic for you I guess

At a Football program like Kentucky yes. This isn't Basketball. In Basketball Kentucky is as good as they come. But Football hardly has rich history at Kentucky. And you play in the SEC with teams that are actual Football schools like Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, ect. It's like us in Basketball. We have to keep realistic expectations. In Basketball we have occasionally been an NCAAT team, but we don't realistically get disappointed if we aren't better than Duke and Carolina most years. That is what I am talking about. I think Kentucky has potential in Football. But they aren't enough of a traditional football school to complain about 6-6 seasons in my opinion.
