Stoops - Beats SC 3 times in a row, Spurrier twice. Breaks the MSU/Mullen streak.

We're not a very good team yet we're finding ways to win. Granted, against some pretty ordinary competition, but we usually lose those games.

Imagine if we had a sho-nuff QB and some d-line depth. I like this team.

He caused Spurrier to retire and tonight Mullen looked like he was losing his mind. His eyes looked really weird. It is close to Halloween.

This is where building a program starts. He isn't blowing anyone out and winning in very ugly ways. That's what helps with recruiting. Hopefully, he can keep it up. If we can go bowling, that helps a lot. If he can beat Georgia, then it REALLY sets the program up well for the future.

Give him credit. Can he notch a road win at Mizzou next week for an encore? Is this why you keep a coach more than one or 2 years. For continuity? What say you Debby Downer?

I'll give Stoops credit for getting this team on track when things looked dire about a month ago. Taking over defensive playcalling has paid dividends.

Things have improved. The quality of the teams we've beat make it hard to know how much we've improved, however.

Just happy for our kids tonight. They can't help but be more confident going forward.

Coming back to win with only a minute left, in the past that is what the other team did to us sooooo many times. We are winning the close games for a change !
