I was critical and Bob the last few years he was coach, but I gotta say I have a new found respect for this man. I loved his passion at the press conference and the way he has stepped up in the schools time of need is more than impressive. The guy was going out recruiting that night! The difference between him and Lincoln could not be more on display than it is right now. The master has shown the student how it should be done.

Bob's a man of morals, principle and integrity. Something Lincoln failed to pick up along his way. I ain't mad he bailed, good riddance imo. Nil opened up pandora's box. CFB is about to get real dirty.

I'm sure Bob feels responsible, as well.

Not to take away from your point. Quite honestly I'd be fine if Bob were announced as the HC.

He's out scouring the OU marching band right now, looking for wide receivers so as to have a legal roster for the bowl game. Gotta love the guy's dedication!

LR’s move has tarnished Bob’s brand. Of course he doesn’t want that to stand and rightly so

Like Mullen last year when half his team bailed on him?

I just hope Bob has better input this time on a replacement for him. No way he knew Riley would pull this stunt but Bob did have a hand in Riley replacing him. Publicly Bob says all the right things but in Private I bet he is royally pissed off at Lincoln.
Not me, glad he gone.

Money has changed College Football more than anything. Look at the salaries these Coaches are getting these days. And quite a few are getting fired while still raking in Millions. Must be nice.

Not sure if this was posted already but you can tell Joe C is hurt by how it all went down and Bob seems to be more pissed off about it. Fastforward to the part where they take questions.

I understand your perspective but LR going rogue will never tarnish Bob's legacy with me. LR as far as I know, had no known character flaws coming into Oklahoma. Unless our media covered it up, I never heard of him doing questionable things until recent events. He got greedy and butt hurt over the move to the SEC and likely other issues such as the fans and media calling out the team's poor play. He went the easy route to playoff spots. That is no reflection on Bob in my opinion.
