So the "stuffing" comes into contact with raw poultry and then provides insulation to ensure the inside of the turkey, and the sponge you stuffed up there, do not get to a sufficient temperature to kill harmful bacteria? Is that what you're telling me?

No problem with that. Please feed some to jameslee and fuzz.

My wife would never insult our family by making a Thanksgiving meal out of a box. Make a pan of cornbread and do it right. It is Thanksgiving it comes once a year.

If I would have asked my wife today if she was going to use a box mix for her cornbread dressing she wouldn't have even been insulted. She would have laughed because she knew I was making a joke. 10" Griswold for the win.

Check your Paddock money privilege. Thanksgiving comes once a year and them food stamps came once a month at the beginning not the end. Be thankful. Sometimes I miss government cheese but definitely not the powdered milk. Happy Thanksgiving everybody and pass the Stove Top Stuffing.

It's dressing, and you make some cornbread a couple days ahead of time and then put sage on it and leave it out to dry out, then sautee some onions and celery in a stick of butter, add that and turkey drippings to desired moisture level and season with more sage and black pepper to taste. Bake it for about 45 minutes or so till the top and sides in the pan are crispy, but the middle is still moist and eat it, that's how it's done.
