Spoilers will be in this thread I’m sure.

Anyway, holy **** on that last episode. I’m assuming all the kids will now try to canabalize each other? The Gojo deal will fall through, no money to buy pierce, now fight over who runs way star? Sad it’s ending but seems to be ending on a high note.

Watched two episodes and thought it was ridiculous and filled with unlikable unbelievable characters.

The last episode was phenomenal. Logan getting on the plane before the intro music starts was a great shot. Didn't get the significance until later, obviously.

Really like the show overall but mostly around for anything Tom and/or Greg the Egg. Loved Tom messing w Greg about his date and hooking up w her at Logan’s bday party.

Also Shiv keeps getting less and less attractive
She made a statement last year during in interview that she was no longer going to worry about her body image. True to her word she has noticeably plumped up this season. The last episode was terrible by the way.

Tom is carrying this season so far.
(much like the entire series)
(and yeah, the last one was tantamount to a bottle episode)

The whole thing seemed clumsily contrived. I mean, they had SORT of foreshadowed Logan's impending doom by making a big deal about his reinvigoration, but still...
Not sure where they go from here, other than the kids uniting, overturning the deal and validating themselves I guess. Who knows. My big hope is that Greg ends up completely cut out, and back at the amusement park in a costume, having burned the bridge from both sides. He is actually the worst of the bunch IMO.

Greg is too stupid to be the worst of the bunch, he’s the bumbling comedic relief in an otherwise serious show, absolutely cracks me up.

The guy who plays Roman is either a complete weirdo in real life or one of the greatest actors of our time - what a quirk.

Roman is Macaulay Culkin's younger brother so solid chance he's weird as **** in real life.

I like the show but find the "natural" affectations of the characters a little much at times. Can anyone speak in a complete sentence? For example, how much time is wasted when Kendall is speaking?

How are you Kendall?

Kendall: Uh. OK. Good. I mean. Well, Uh huh. I’m good. Yeah.

Spot on. It's almost like Hemingway wrote his lines.

If you like Succession, try Billions on Showtime. Both are excellent.
Yeah seen that too, was worried when the main dude took off last season it would fall off but it was just as good. That show is basically an advertisment for various products, restaurants, etc

Logan Roy was the best character on the show. Just chewed up scenery.

Hate Kendall.

True, but I'd rather listen to that than Aaron Sorkin's Newsroom BS where everyone whether they were 27 or 67 never misspoke and was an expert in all matters. I recall one of the characters reeling off stats on baseball, wrestling, and economics in a quick 15 seconds. And the other characters just acted as if that was normal.

I personally think it makes it a million times more realistic. Basically people born on 3rd base that try to sound smart by almost speaking in code but are complete dipshits. I’m sure we’ve all encountered people like that in real life.

Truth. Right up there with the people who have to say ", right?" After every other sentence.

Logan dying is the best decision a show has made in some time. It wouldn't have worked early on like in season 2 for instance but with the series nearly over, it's made every Sunday night can't miss, whereas I was just catching the show on the following night before.

Does anyone know anyone in real life that curses anything like Logan and/or Roman?

We all know lots of people who curse, but I am always disappointed in writers who seem to lack the intellect/creativity to come up with any descriptors other than the F-word (and vile anatomical references).

It always seems like these shows are saying, “Hey, this is HBO, we are going to shout profanities at you and you are going to like it.”

I’ve been watching the Showtime “Waco” miniseries and in the second “season” the lady who plays Geri plays an old priestess/prophetess that Koresh supposedly had an affair with before he took his first child bride.

At this point I’m not sure how things are going to end or how I even want them to end

Matteson is going to pull his offer and bleed the company until the price collapses and then perform a hostile takeover. The kids will hit liquidity issues and be forced to sell at the bottom, and Conner will not be elected president.

Brutal! I feel like Shiv is going to have something more positive happen to her. Maybe Kendall ends up the one screwed at the end

Shiv is turning out to be the most savvy of the siblings (always was really), and Mattson knows it. She's the only one he wants to keep around IMO, and thus fed her that make believe blood brick story, to see if she'd sit on it, or try to use it.

Just remembered something. I think Tom is going to prison. He told Greg to delete those secret folders on his computer. Now who thinks Greg actually did that w/o keeping copies LOL. Of course, the entire request is ludicrous, considering how easy it is to remote in from ANYWHERE and admin control a workstation....

I have no earthly idea how this is going to end - but man what a great season. Just off the charts acting and tension. Great way to finish a series.

Not enough of the disgusting brothers. Kendal with the speech of a lifetime. Loved his convo with little neck Hugo. Roman fell off the face of the earth w his performance.
