Seedless watermelon FTW. The inventor deserves Nobel prizes in chemistry and medicine.

Fish Tacos for sure, that's a good call.

Plums and Cherries. IDK if those are "summer", but that's when I eat them.

Local ice cream stands, however your area does it.

Sunflower seeds. Nothing like spitting on a porch when it cools off.

My go to is smoke a large cut of meat on the weekend and then portion it out for myself for the week. Then I come up with different uses for it each night. Ie pulled pork sliders, pulled pork quesadillas, pulled pork nachos, etc.

Watermelon. In my house, it's not unusual for us to go through two whole watermelons in a week during the summer.

Almonds
A couple others involving bread:

-Cuban bread, drizzled with mojo marinade and pressed in a hot skillet or panini press. Once it's toasted and pressed, spread on some guava preserves.

-Sour-Dough bread, toasted...then spread some coconut oil on the toast and sprinkle with powdered confection sugar.
