I would root for a team of serial killers against Indiana.
Can't stand anything about IU but I forced myself to watch a bit of their last game and they're gonna put up points this year. They run an offense that's similar to ours but with less size and talent. Built a bit like us last year. I wouldn't take them for granted...as much as it pains me to say so. I really hope that we beat them so badly that they wanna get out of our series with them. I wish it had never started back with that school. I don't feel as strongly about any other team in the country.

Agree. I’m a 70s kid and they are the most hated for me. Should have let them wallow without us helping them.

Oh and past the Sweet Sixteen exactly 1 time since 1993 and that was a fluke run to the FF in 2002. Think about that. That’s an amazing stat.

Why? Are we scared? This is KENTUCKY for goodness sakes. Win or lose, we take on all challengers.
Nothing to do with being scared. Go to Bloomington next year and you'll see for yourself...it's their fans. As to the game itself, we stand to gain nothing by beating them..We're supposed to. But if we lose, on those rare occasions, we just lost to a crap team and no class fanbase in their superbowl. It's a no win situation for us and subjects our fans to the most classless fans in all of college bball. And yes, I know of multiple examples that became violent and others that came close. Just go root for us in their house(or neutral court) and see it firsthand.
Devries is a good X’s & 0’s coach with an eye for talented off the beaten path players. Kind of like Pope in that regard.Indiana will be much much better than the Woodson years.
I can’t belive how badly they beat them. On paper the Hoosiers don’t look that great but they play as a team well together and everyone seems to know their role. Wilkerson is good, I wish we snagged him. He would be a killer 3 point shooter in our system too. We needed him so far.
