A super league of 70 current P5 teams (Plus ND) in 10-team divisions. An 8th division would be comprised for 10 teams which are promoted from 50 other teams in a lower tier, like European soccer. The teams in first 7 divisions would never be in danger of being demoted to the lower tier. Playoffs would be the 8 division winners and 8 at-large bids.
