I understood you were the one saying this?Just so I have this straight, we are *checks notes* on the receiving end of the nation’s top transfers, correct? I was assured we would be struggling to pickup scraps from RMU and Duquesne and the transfer portal would end WVU athletics at some point this decade… I was also recently told that we have not had a Center in program history.
That just means NCAA rules will be written to stop this kind of success for teams like WVU.We are killing it on the portal this year. Good stuff!!
Pretty ballsy to say that considering you were leading the charge chicken little.I understood you were the one saying this?
Sure I was. Nutless mulePretty ballsy to say that considering you were leading the charge chicken little.

How do you think that top transfer even looked at WVU?So to be clear, your stance is that you have always had full confidence WVU could lure top tier transfers? Because that is ****ing rich buddy.
Idk I just can’t believe you are here talking like you have always had confidence we were capable of doing this after the countless times we have had discussions about the portal/NIL/similar programs and your insistence that WVU is a broke lil sister of the poor that could never compete, let alone be at the top of the table when it comes to bringing in transfers. How do you think that top transfer even looked at WVU?
Hey dumbass. NIL doesn't come from the schoolIdk I just can’t believe you are here talking like you have always had confidence we were capable of doing this after the countless times we have had discussions about the portal/NIL/similar programs and your insistence that WVU is a broke lil sister of the poor that could never compete, let alone be at the top of the table when it comes to bringing in transfers.
Sure, just the alumni/community that are crucial to the infrastructure of WVU as well as any school worth a ****. The WVU community in totality is not poor. We are a large school, which means lots of alumni, and represent an entire state. Although the state is poor, being a flagship of an entire state is worth more than being a private school in the middle of nowhere or a city school, atleast in terms of athletic NIL spending. So if Baylor, TCU, Cincy and Gonzaga and do it, we can also.Hey dumbass. NIL doesn't come from the school
How NIL became leader of recruiting.
Step 1 fired Shane
Step 2 fired Larry Harrison
Step 3 Country Roads Trust
