I think our plan is a fajita bar with some homemade guacamole/chips and margaritas.
Burgers, brats & dogs. Boring I know! But the moonshine tops it off!
My tailgate squad is coming from Shelbyville, so they are coordinating the grub. But, yes, I think Bojangles chicken is numero uno in my book. I had a feather cooked into the skin at Claudia's one time. Not a huge deal, but it stays with you.
Smoking a 225 lb. hog starting Sunday.
If you really want some good dogs go to Franks over on Preston and get their 1/4 lb. dogs. They are as good as it gets.

Leprechaun legs steamed in a mix of Holy Water and Sterling Beer. A bit of Irish whiskey to wash them down.

I would imagine sandwiches and/or fruit and vegetables. They have good meat also. But, seriously, if you are responsible for the dogs then go there and buy the hot dogs. They are scrumptious, especially cooked on a grill. I don’t live in the area either but I’ll make a special trip there from time to time as it’s pretty much in the center of the city.
