Need help for the best way to get them to and from the stadium. I usually park at the Inn and walk. that will not work. My dad can likely walk to our seats but my mom should not.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hopefully the link can answer some questions. There are also shuttle carts within the stadium to go up ramps if needed.

The ticket office should help you - you can either get a parking pass near the stadium or there are shuttles to/from certain areas.

Call the ticket office, they are extremely helpful and accommodating.
I concur, I took my father to a game years ago and they allowed him to use the elevator to the press box and walk down to our seats in WC. He was unable to walk up the steps or probably the ramps. I found the staff accommodating and helpful with suggestions to assist. I hope they would be the same today.

The ADA entrance is just south of the press box. They have golf cart style vehicles that most people use. I'm pretty sure they have shuttles from the ADA parking lots to this spot.

They also usually have about 10 students (working in pairs) that can push people throughout the stadium in wheel chairs, there usually isn't much demand for this service, they will also come back after the game and pick up the people. The students don't get paid, but they get money donated to their charity (for years it was Project Haiti). I know they have been having some issues the last few years getting students

No ADA parking left. Does anyone have a parking pass they are selling in lots 31 or 41? The office said that would help.

Thanks in advance.

You may be better off parking in one of the satellite lots and taking the shuttle. You will get dropped off right at the stadium and likely closer than any spot you’re going to find in any of the reserved lots. More info here: https://transportation.psu.edu/football-shuttles
