Plays in your face defense, averaged almost 3 steals a game last season, shot 40% from the three and plays on a high level team. IF he goes to the portal he looks like one of the very top all around guards we could get that is a great defender also.

Thanks for that info. I wondered how he was doing this year. Did notice he is shooting at 48.2% overall. Excellent defender, passer and rebounder. With all the driving guards we face this is a must can't miss position in the portal IMO. Can't just rely on frosh Lewis for that job. With injuries and fouls need two of everything.

I don't see why he would transfer, he's a top guard on a team that's been mostly top 10 for two straight seasons. If Indiana hired TJ Otz that would be another thing, but I would expect him to transfer to Indiana in that case.

Lipsey was born in Ames, Iowa. I wouldn't get my hopes up expecting a player to transfer away from a good team located in his actual hometown.

To me dent is the clear number one option assuming he enters
