Willy back me on this one...Nebraska avenue borders Seminole Height. One block from prostitution, drugs and strip joints. 1920s bungalow houses in the midst of a gentrification effort surrounded by straight up hood

It is. That area is in pretty much gang territory. But Sean says it Jeffrey Dahmer BTK Son of Sam. So what do we know?
