Very good coach and a great recruiter, could join the staff in early January? That would be a HUGE hire, and would definitely help with the February class signing.

He is a legit recruiter, but when you are recruiting to USC that helps. With that said I like the plan of getting a good coach and recruiter. I would imagine he is being recruited by a bunch of schools for his recruiting ability alone. It would be a terrific hire if it happens. He knows this area from his time at UT and UK. I like how they are bringing in guys that know KY. Not that KY produces a ton of D1, but at least when it does Louisville won't miss due to not being engaged locally.

It's being reported around App St that it's in the works. They still love Satterfield and are keeping up with his progress. Settle out of Wisconsin would be a great addition also.

I hope he can get it turned around he has the reputation as a good recruiter and average coach. He should be hungry getting turned down for the same position at Austin Peay. Maybe he can get his kid to transfer from Clemson to play for him.
