His work with the upper weights is certainly under appreciated. By the end results, it's been the strong point of the team for a number of years now.
No doubt he was a pivotal part of our success, selfishly I hope the next guy is even better.

197 and HWT have really been productive under Big Bob.
I'm surprised that Bobby doesn't get more respect here. He seems like a great coach. For him to be stepping away from the profession all together should tell you have difficult it is.
He is a good coach and was undervalued by many.

Was this forced??? I agree that it seems (outside of Drake) our heavier weights have been better than our lower weights since Spencer and ADS left.
