See link. Interesting observations by Landon on the 3rd and 10 when Penn State had the ball and the in-between moments from 1st and 10 to 2nd and 17 on Indiana's final drive. In reference to the latter, a timeout might have been the move when it's obvious what they were trying to pull off pre-snap fooled absolutely nobody. Can't have 13 personnel on the field on 3rd and 10 with the two-minute warning offering you the freedom to sling the ball past the marker. Frustrating.

Yeah the usual Kotelnicki insistence on throwing a pass at or behind the line of scrimmage on second or third and long. God forbid that we might try to throw one up the field and beyond the first down distance.

Tengwell said precisely what I said on the third and long. First, he tried to trick them with a play that at least 3 Indiana players recognized and were pointing at the intended receiver (god forbid Kotelnicki could also see that and call a timeout) and second why not throw the ball up field on 3rd and 10 with 2:09 on the clock and the clock stopping at 2 minutes any way.
