You know why they dont have driver's ed and sex ed on the same day at UT?

The bottom line is that UT stands in our way or vice versa. This is like playing UK tbh. UT has beaten us more than any other program in history. And we ve never lost to ut and won the title in the same year. This isn’t like playing auburn or another sec team. This is our biggest conference rival and I’m surprised I’m not hearing the kind of hate UT deserves. We as fans need to get our crap together and show up 2-1 UT fans. This is literally their Super Bowl. They will be jacked. Will be nailing shots and play their best game. I hope our players have zero satisfaction because none of us ever want to hear about how UT beat us in the ncaa at a critical juncture for our team. So throw all the “this is a throw away season” attitude and raise the expectations because as much as duke or UNC suck at least they are respected. UT has zero respect for us and cbb they have zero respect. Pope knows how important winning against UT is but when he was at UK they were a turd program that did diddly squat.
Tennessee sucking so hard is the only thing keeping Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia from slipping right down into the Gulf.
Our problem going forward is not going to be TN in the SEC. Up until the last 5 years very few schools in the SEC cared about basketball. The focus was football. We must raise our hate level against FL, Bama, Auburn to the hate level we have toward TN. Luckily we may reduce our dislike toward TN basketball program because when Barnes retires they will go back to a basketball dump. Starting Friday, they may not beat KY in the next 10 years. Nothing sucks like a big orange.

Those of us old enough to have endured the era when Indiana fans actually thought their program was equal to -- or better than -- Kentucky can tell you that it is the ugliest, most vile and hateful fanbase that ever assembled itself from the bowels of hell. Thirty five years of irrelevancy has beaten them down. Let them get back even to the Sweet 16, and you'll see what I'm talking about. If I make it to 100 I'll still be willing to expend energy to savage the Hoosiers...

I grew up 5 miles from TN (in KY), most of our TV and radio stations came out of Nashville. You would go to school (in KY) and see some kids wearing that hideous orange because they liked UT football (but still way more in UK blue).
And Rocky Top has to be the worst, most annoying, college fight song ever.

SOmeone should have set up a PF and Gatlinburg in eastern kentucky years ago. Would have cut big time into their profits. How many kentuckians cross that border every year and go to that tourist trap?
I live outside of Knoxville. It sucks to live here and have to listen to their mess all the time. Plus, I teach at a middle school where I am taunted every time we lose - especially to them. My coworkers are all ready for a vol win. I'm nervous as crap. I hate the vols - like truly despise all things orange. I hate Rocky Top. I hate the sports newscast down here. I truly hoped this scenario wouldn't play out because I'm also married to a UT fan. Either way tonight - someone in my house is not going to be happy. I just hope I am.
