He represents what the game was, not what it is. College football is just pro lite. It’s cut throat and dirty. He’s not that guy. If the expectation being set is that we want to be a top team every year and win top matchups every year, we can’t afford to have a throw back head coach.
I like Terry if we’re content being a second tier team that maybe scores an upset here and there. Honestly, I don’t watch college football much anymore because of what’s it’s become in the last 15 years. But we didn’t spend all that money on the stadium to be a second tier team.
We’re going to lose some players. I’m sure we’ll be active in the portal if we choose a coach soon. That’s just how it goes during coaching changes now.
