Texas A&M was up 11 in the first half..up 10 at halftime..and with 7:14 to go in the game, they have been outscored in the second half by Auburn 30-10. Hahaha..I'm sorry but that's pathetic.
Auburn leads 53-43 at the 7 something timeout.

Superior coaching is winning out. A&M really had no resume outside the LSU wins, and now they're cementing their NIT fate.

Did House not play today for A&M? He is their best player, and lit us up for about 25. I hate to see Pearl win over Billy Kennedy. A&M has some serious talent, we're talking just barely a notch below UK talent, coming in next year. I was hoping they would get in. Maybe they will make a good showing in the NIT.

I wouldn't call it a choke, I would call it being out coached.

Given what has happened recently, with such a such a low level of talent that Bruce Pearl has inherited, he certainly appears to coach them up to face big challenges. I would fully expect Auburn to be a top 25 team in the next 2 years, as he also is a pretty solid recruiter. Laugh at that now if you want.

Billy Kennedy, on the other hand.... I'm just not a fan of his teams or his style. There's no way that team should lose to Auburn based on talent, even without House.

Pearl should be runner up to Cal for SEC coach of the year. Took a lousy team and has done relatively well with little talent in his first season.

not choking just bad luck as they havent had their best player for 3 games and they lost the last 2 because of that . Still they are better then IU or BYU so it will be interesting to see how the brackets turn out .

You and I both know that if Anthony Grant was coaching this same Auburn team, they would not still be in the tournament. They just would not. That's how I look at it.

Bob can say whatever he wants, and I respect his opinion, but Bruce Pearl took a mediocre UT team to the Elite 8 and should have went to the Final Four in 2010. The guy can coach.

Pearl can coach. I hate him but I know he can coach. Not doubting that. But the SEC is a 2-3 team league period. A lot of paper tigers. And when UF is down it looks worse. A&M had so much to play for but unless Ky is on a jersey, most of the team's roll over and play dead.

I try to be an SEC bball fan but they make it hard.

And... But if this helps with crappy (i think he stays anyway) that's fine. I went on an anti rant on peegs for about 4 hours the other night (got bumped from flights for three days to go on a mission trip so i vented on peegs-what's a peegs?). I digress, but hope crappy stays. Screw tamu
