Texas Coach Angry?

After the Sooner victory last night I noticed that it looked like the Texas coach was holding back one of his angry assistant coaches who looked like he wanted to go after someone.

Did i misinterpret what i saw?

I saw that. Not sure what he was pissed about, but I thought it was funny. What a sore loser, classless and typical wronghorn.

The 3rd base ump had Mia Scott's HR ball and initially refused to turn it over to Texas. The coach went after him when the ump got mouthy. The ump was told to turn the ball over to Texas. Apparently, he "rolled" the ball aggressively to the dugout. The ump is expect to be reprimanded.

I'm guessing the umpire did nothing wrong. We don't know what his circumstances were at that moment. TX is just mad. Nothing new there

All HR balls are to be given to the family of the hitter. It has become a tradition. This umpire did something wrong trying to keep this ball. I dislike Texas as much, if not more than the average Sooner. The ump initially rejected the request of the marshals in the bright green vest before the Texas coaching staff got involved. The ump needs to be suspended or fired.

All HR balls are to be given to the family of the hitter. It has become a tradition. This umpire did something wrong trying to keep this ball. I dislike Texas as much, if not more than the average Sooner. The ump initially rejected the request of the marshals in the bright green vest before the Texas coaching staff got involved. I think Mike White should have been fired for flipping off the umpires after he was ejected against OSU this year.

I think you will discover that he was flipping off the fans that were taunting him, not the umps. He was fined for his actions.

Unless the fans were spilling onto the field it was definitely directed at the umps. He did try to incite the crowd on the way out though.
