Kinda hard to believe a university would sanction something like that, lots of liability issues plus just a bad image for the school. But, hey, it's in Texas so who knows.

I can remember going to frat houses in college when they would have free beer hoping to pledge newcomers. Long ago i might add. But give a college guy unlimited free beer from a keg, and you better be prepared to deal with them after the keg runs dry, best i can remember, it’s not pretty.
