Absolutely agree. I'll be the first to admit he way exceeded what I thought he would become after some injury-laden first couple years. And I'm extremely glad he proved me wrong!

Has there ever been a player who improved more over a four year career? I do not think so. Redshirt McDonalds All American, Redshirt Freshman and Sophomore benchwarmer to champion and force as a senior. I love this kids grit and mentality.
I've always said that I believed that Marshall would have a Zoubek type senior season because in a way their careers kind of mirrored one another because they both spent their first 2-3 years at Duke battling through injuries then had pretty solid senior seasons and were also very important parts of the team during their senior season.
Man i loved the Plummer trio, I don't necessarily have a favorite but my favorite thing about them was just how different they were from one another individually. Three awesome basketball players and young men in their own right.
I'll be eternally grateful for them all. Great topic. I'll have a bigger post about them coming later.
