How is it not extremely embarrassing to sell a fake foul like what Ziegler just did? Acted like he was shot off a roof in an old Western.

Edit: did I comment this in the wrong thread or did admins lump threads again?

I hate the goal tending rule. Most of the time the offensive team gets the ball after it's blocked. The play is blown dead. A goal tending is called . Then they take the points away.
They literally rob the offensive team. From scoring
That’s absurd also. But this literally put one of BYU’s best players out of the game. They might actually lose because of it.

And they might lose because of going into stall ball the last 3 minutes.
Right, but the guy who got kicked out had been breaking down the defense and getting to the basket. They held on anyway but that was close.

Imagine that rule being applied in every day society. If we can’t say for sure you weren’t speeding then you get life in prison.

What happened?
BYU player was trying to spilt a double team and his elbow caught a Wisconsin player in the groin.

Refs went the the monitor. Seemed accidental to me, but the refs said by rule if you can’t tell whether or not it was intentional, it has to be a flagrant 2.

Player kicked out. BYU almost melts completely down the stretch.

What happened?
BYU guy was double teamed , simultaneously as a foul was Called he split the double and because the defensive player was all over him his elbow hit the defender in the Nutz . Accidentally!! The refs review and decide it was a flagrant 2 intentional elbow to the nutz … even though it the review didn’t show he swung the elbow … just an awful review . Awful.

Yeah bad rule and even worse interpretation of said bad rule. College basketball refs are trash.

If I’m a college basketball player I’m going down holding my balls every single time I’m fouled.
Exactly! The strategy is to seek out contact within a few inches of the groin area and make a scene. Especially if it's the opponent's best player.

You mean like the elbow Oweh took to the face causing blood to pour out? Oh wait, they didn’t think there was enough reason to even look at that.

Didn't they look at it and confirm the common foul call on Oweh was correct?

Big Ten teams have had a favorable whistle all day long. Michigan lived at the live vs A&M also.
Agree with Big Ten Whistle the entire Tournament to a point it's been really WEIRD--but A&M fouls all the time. Buzz Williams is a complete d'head as a HC. He had the better athletes and wanted to slow the pace after he was up 13--and he has the stupid rules of no layups-so his guys foul....foul again to help Michigan score with clock stop and Wade Taylor IV is the biggest FRAUD in the Country. He was forced to have to make shots and he and the Aggies did what they do away from College Station. Get their **** pushed.

Good riddance to those goobers and Buzz's crap coaching.
