It was definitely helmet to helmet; don't think DB was specifically "targeting".

Well idk...I played safety in high school and you pretty much knew what you were doing every time you hit someone. I think he could have ran through his legs but oh well the right call was made.

No defensive coach has ever told a player to "go for his legs". When I think targeting, I think of a "defenseless" player. How is a RB carrying the ball defenseless?

Duke should have gotten a PI called for them on the 3rd down play but I thought it was a bad play call and would be thinking 2 downs if I were the Duke coach in that situation. Not going for it cost Duke the game.

Rule is no helmet to helmet defenseless or not. And you are taught to tackle the legs...have you ever seen Jim Brown run?
