Jack Campbell, #31 LB.

Here he is just the other day being surprised with being named the Dick Butkus award winner for this year. I shared a video of Campbell a few days back at the press conference after his last regular season game. Just a spectacular and humble kid. Right up there with Tyler Linderbaum from last year for Iowa.

He was awesome in the Citrus last year, I tried to see if you guys would let us borrow him and LaPorta this season, but got no response. Pretty rude, if you ask me.

Seriously, I like Iowa's chances to score on defense and special teams more than our chances, would think Iowa -2 would be the play gambling wise. Both offenses are going to be bad, would be shocked if either team gained more than 300 yards.

I know we will be lacking Levis and CRod, but it will be interesting to see how the removal of Scan from the picture impacts play calling. Sheron at least has a full game under his belt, so hoefully they can learn from what they did wrong in the SC game and adopt a better gameplan for him. He has the whole additional practice time to work with the ones and hopefully get some comfort with the receivers and TE's. Hopefully they simplify the OLines jobs as well and allow Sheron some time.

I saw LaPorta last night at the Iowa basketball game. I'm going to be somewhat surprised if he's able to play in the bowl game. He was definitely not moving around well with the injury he suffered in second to last regular season game. He's not been rule out yet though.

I've predicted a final score of 3-2.

I'm assuming you're kicking the field goal cause lord knows we can't.

Well we do have college football's Freshman PK of the Year in Stevens :)

Hey, remember, we once beat Penn State 18 years ago by the score of 6-4. We got 2 FGs and they got 2 safeties :)

Is that after 7 or 8 OT’s?
