To replace JON. I actually think it's possible. The Chryst situation and outcome today makes this scenario plausible, although still unlikely given Fitz.

Neeeeeever gonna happen. We’re going to hear about how we held them scoreless in the 3rd quarter. A great defensive quarter we can build on.

I feel that it might. We'll see. Gives enough time to install some changes on D side of ball and we are not so far into the season that a change wouldn't matter anyway.

'Well, we hurt ourselves by losing the turnover battle. I thought we adjusted pretty well in the second half. We gotta execute better. Go Cats '

"All our goals are behind us now, so we can finally move forward without those distractions and get back to playing Wildcat football."

The more I think about it, the more this seems plausible. 99% of Wildcat Nation knows the right thing to do is to remove JON and his awful defense and implement something more Hank-like.

I just don't understand why Fitz would risk everything he's built and the possibility of coaching his sons just because of loyalty to his guy, JON.

But then again, I'm a Detroit Lions fan. Former GM Bob Quinn broomed a head coach who had a winning record in order to bring in his guy Matt Patricia and lost his job over it.

I think Fitz will eventually see the light but at what cost to the program?

I wish he was more loyal to NU, it's dumb to "die on that hill". I don't think he is very bright, and lives in the past.

Fitz with his 1950s haircut and 1950s offense
First off, don’t mess with his haircut. The “high and tight” is always right.

And the 1950s football offenses are offended. Otto Graham & Johnny Unitas passed the crap out of the football in that decade. We have a 1920s offense.
