New poster!

With the exception of nbadraft.net, most sites I've seen today have Luke in 2nd round. Why would he even entertain the idea of leaving?

If he is told he will be 2nd round pick I doubt he goes...but who knows what he will do

When is last day to declare for draft?

Tread carefully saying Luke should come back. You will offend some on this board.

Oh please.

I haven't seen Luke as a second round pick...most have had him in that 18-25 range. If that's the case then I think it's likely he goes. If it's true that he's somehow slipped into the second round then he will have a decision to make.

The main question is whether his draft stock will ever be higher, second round or not. Grayson missed his first window. Now he has to burn another year with no pay to make up for it. If I were Luke, I cash in on a hell of a year or start focusing on my coursework and forget about playing in the pros until I'm finished with my degree. If you want a shot at the NBA, now is a good time IMO. There are no givens.

Yea, you were speaking of me. Stop pu**y-footing around and whining like a little girl.

Funny, though, that others feel the same way I do about Luke (based off of both performance and things around the program).

I've only seen Luke in the first round after the first five games of the season. Highest I've seen him on draft boards since then is 16 lowest I've seen him is 25 all in the first round.
One thing even I forgot about is how many international players will declare or come over that we're picked in last years draft.
I still don't see Luke slipping out of the first round.

It'll get better when he proves he can defend the ball! It's not all about 1 side of the ball.
