I’m not saying they aren’t more than likely correct but a recruit can have a change of heart at the last second or even after they verbally commit like Terrance Jones.. yes he likely ends up at Kentucky but could easily end up anywhere. You just never really know so a crystal ball does feel good but I’m not putting much into it. I need to see Stokes has committed.
Stokes just signed a deal with Nike. You would think that would eliminate Kansas and Louisville. Oregon just got a commitment from Ariza and he plays the same position as Stokes. You would have to think that looks mighty good for the Cats but nothing surprises me when dealing with recruiting.
Where did he say he would be shocked if he didn't go to the UK? The only thing I have seen him say is that if he had to say, he would have a slight lean to UK.
Recently, he said "multiple sources tell me if Stokes does not come to UK, they will be shocked" behind the paywall
Yes he said it behind a pay wall ,and he's not the only one there are several others,even Louisville 's own Jody Denling said he would committ to UK the weekend or early next week

I’ve seen several people say BG is gone after this season no matter what. That confuses me. Does he hate UK? If he doesn’t go pro why does he automatically have to transfer? Say we had a two year deal with him? If he wants to be somewhere else that bad then he could have went this summer imo. I don’t feel that way unless what everyone says is true.
Just wondering why that has done turned into kind of a fact on here. Why’s he on this team if he’s so dead set on being somewhere else next year?
also Holt and Thompson aren’t coming off the bench wherever they go. If that’s who starts here next year they won’t be a cat. Top ten players don’t sit the bench anywhere.

I guess there's always the possibility of him being recruited over. Which I'm not saying it would happen.. but, if Pope is going to start pulling down top5 classes, as it appears he's doing, then it will create scenarios where holdovers might eventually look at transferring.
But to your point, none of that has happened yet, so IDK why people would think he's gone after this year.
That makes more sense, wasn’t Tipton himself saying that. The trend has been that he’s coming to UK so hopefully that holds.
Sounds good for now, I’d start worrying if he doesn’t commit soon though. We’ve seen this quite a bit where a guy is heavily linked to commitment and then everything goes quiet for months and then whispers of a new leader end up being true.
Now the real question comes in. Stokes is a Kentucky kid and happens to be number one. So if we land him Pope still hasn’t marked off that he can’t land top talent from out of state

I believe Thompson has already eliminated us he is not committed anywhere else and if Stokes go somewhere else then Thompson maybe back on board that as of now I have him going to either Indiana or Ohio State
Stokes will come and Thompson will go to Indiana in my opinion
I would like to hear his announcement will be tomorrow and he's coming to BBM. That would be nice.
Birthday is Sunday 10/12. Wouldn't be surprised if he pulled the trigger then. Hope it's us. Very talented and versatile young man.
