Are they a legitimate organization? They failed in their judgement against USC, whi ch was a deal between an agent and a player. The NCAA was heavy handed in their judgement.

Fast forward to Penn State , and the shower rapes. Is this something that a collegiate governing body should bestow punishment on?

North Carolina - cheating on exams and papers. No punishment.

Miami- receiving improper benefits to recruits and players. No punishment.

The NCAA doesn't control college football championships, but they do control the cbb tournament and award the national championship.

The FBI is investigating college basketball, and it is more corrupt than our government.

Is the NCAA a legitimate governing body for collegiate sports ?

( The SEC pays in my opinion, especially football. I was surprised when Wandale signed with Nebraska.)
