The new Nike Hyperchase shoes were unveiled for the 2015-16 season. Cool looking shoes that have a nice solid look to them. I like the predominately white uppers with the blue to highlight the sleekness of the design.

Mars, the Duke fan, likes 'em too.

They do look good. Just hope no one breaks a foot or suffers an ankle or toe injury. We have a history there. Wish they would go to Chuck Taylor's. Seemed like a lot of less problems then. OFC

I like the hi tops better too, Sky, and think maybe they can help some with ankle injuries. But I wonder about the amount of ankle, and foot injuries back then compared to now. I believe some of the injures now are because of the incredible athletes that are so explosive, and can stop & turn on a dime putting increased loads on tendons, muscles, etc. An injury may not occur right away, but could cause stresses that eventually fail.
Anyway, for whatever reason, we've certainly had our share of injuries of and below the ankle.

But those tendons and muscles are stronger. I know it's not the shoes though. Just had a thought question. It's in all sports. In baseball starting pitchers could get through complete games frequently. . Now they are lucky to get through 5 or 6. Everyday players are constantly on the disabled list. They have the best in medical technology and still the injuries pile up and up. Someone tell me the answer. OFC

just a theory.. Maybe it's the shear amount of games they play now. We start em out when they're 5 or 6 and expect them to train train train and become THE BEST and they play or practice 365. Maybe it's jus a ton of strain on our bodies and many just can't withstand it

Why go with off brand Nikes? At least have some Durants' showcased until new Kobes come out. Hell those are last years Hyperchase's anyway.

My son got the new Kyrie's in Duke blue & black. Sweet shoes! Like the team shoes above.
