That's actually a great idea. Instead of just adding a second lane and forcing people to merge back together at one window like McDonald's. That was the only significant drive thru change in recent years that I noticed. Rally's was on the right track with multiple windows to serve multiple customers at the same time. Their execution was just a little off with there being a required passenger to use the left drive thru.
