The Old Rivals Boards?

Correct me if I’m wrong but weren’t we told several times that the old Rivals boards weren’t going away or being merged? I could have sworn there were several updates stating that on the Rivals RR board. Now those boards and all those threads are gone.

Does anyone else remember this being said, repeatedly? I’ve been thinking about this for several days now and feel like I’m losing my mind wondering if we were actually told that or if I’m misremembering.

What about all the people who had to register under a different name because their Rivals log-in info wasn't recognized over here?

ETA: Maybe those folks will get upgraded too. I just noticed that despite having a slightly different username and a different email/password than I used on the old forum, my join date is still showing as October 1st, 2003....which is my correct join date over at the Rivals boards. So somehow, someway, the system appears to have recognized me anyway. Or a staff member did. So maybe not all hope is lost for those in my position.

Definitely doesn’t seem to be the same amount of traffic. It’s the off season and it wasn’t flowing like usual but way more talking than now for sure.
