It's really remarkable to me how the national media has been nearly oblivious at times to how good this team has been all season. You could see the enormous potential early. And from the UVA series-on, they've just gotten better and better and better. The pitching was always elite. The defense became elite. Now if Wednesday's demolition of Country Roads is any indication, it looks like the offense (always very good) may have caught up to its potential as well. I just hope the experts pick against them one last series. "Gives them an edge".
