1) Moreno. Not only did he play well, but Pope clearly committed to him (31min Moreno, 9min Garrison). I think this is a positive. Sure he had a couple of FR moments (like giving up an easy drive late, but overall I give him a B or B+ on the game, and the more he plays the better he is going to get. But we need to get him more involved in the offense, but that takes guards who can get him the ball in a scoring position. In prior games, him and JJ have seemed to have a good connection, maybe we need more of them together.

2) Oweh. He is not quite where he was last year, but he is getting closer, I'd say 90-95% back. I'm sure with an injury like turf toe there is some reluctance to "let go" at times. But Oweh is at his best when he plays with reckless abandon, that is the Oweh we need!

3) FT shooting. I know, in the grand scheme of things there are more important things. But we are now up to 75.2% as a team. 4 of the 5 starters all make >80%, and Moreno has raised his to 63% by making 76% the last 4 games.

4) Defense. We actually played defense pretty well, actually out shooting UNC overall and from 2, and forcing more TOs. I only saw a few breakdowns on the defensive end. Unfortunately, bad rebounding negated our defensive stops.

5) Quaintance. The talk of him impressing the announcers, makes me HOPE that he is getting closer and closer. My only concern is that BBN will expect too much from him. He's not Shaq or even close. But if he could be what Noel was for 3/4 of a season, that would be a help. But then, is it possible we could see him and Moreno together at times?

First shot defense, which didn't matter because we couldn't rebound.

Moreno being a massive surprise. Hes as effective as we were told jj would be. Good thing because garrison is awful.

Hints of oweh removing head from a55.

Those are the only silver linings i could see.
