That has to be the most lame excuse the NCAA has ever made to exonerate improprieties.

What do you guys expect from that area? They have all made a deal with the Devil. Tarheels Ram is paganistic. Duke Blue Devils. Wake Forrest Demon Deacons. The only reputable one in that area is NC State.
