Loved seeing him play this at ROMP. It was so funny when he ended the main set without playing it. There were people in the crowd cursing him out. He came back out for the encore and said "Come on, ya'll didn't think I'd leave without playing this?"

Not sure you are correct with this one. Keith Whitley died in 1989..Lori Morgan and Sammy Kershaw were married from 9/2001-9/2007. Not saying she did not date Joe Diffie, but if she did I bet it was after Keith died from drinking himself to death..You call that Karma..gotta say, that is a pretty sick and twisted statement for a man who just lost his life to this deadly virus and that our President once called a "Hoax."

Joe Diffie was a favorite of mine. Years ago, me and the wife were at Chi Chi's in Huntington, where Red Lobster is now. Joe was putting on a show at a river front park nearby, had a great time.
Another time at the same Chi Chi's, we loved Mexican, and this was before every town in EKY had Mexican restaurants, we saw Travis Tritt and his GF there. To this day, my wife absolutely cannot stand TT, because he refused to give the waitress an autograph. I tell her she shouldn't hold a grudge, she doesn't see the humor.
