Its like a lot of stupid decisions by big institutions, it can get some publicity for the victim and if you have a good attitude you can have some fun with it. Enjoy your 15 minutes.

On the topic of goose island it appears Jeff Budzien is upset on Twitter he wasn’t allowed to partake in this challenge because he was a former college kicker

Read somewhere that anyone with collegiate football, soccer, or rugby experience was not eligible to participate.

I was thinking when they introduced that promotion that it ought to be an easy make and year's supply of beer for someone like Budzien.

Years ago at halftime of an Arena FB game, the league/team sponsored a length of the field field goal attempt for $50-100,000. A random fan was chosen, he proceeded to drill the kick. During the interview, he requested the opputunity to repeat the kick for double or nothing. The request was denied. He was a former college kicker

This board may have been partly to blame for getting the screamer silenced. A few of you made issue with her and suggested you were going to tell on her. What a bunch of "Old Pricks"!

How do you “tell on” someone who screams incessantly? It’s not like she was screaming in secret.

Who was the NU kicker who doinked one in off the post vs IU in '04 to send the game to OT (eventual NU win)? Maybe Parkey can get his secret, to bouncing them thru.
