That is a stupid and spectacular play. It only worked because the running back sold the fake.

I can’t believe them even practicing such a crazy play. That play will NEVER work …..

he handed it off to the TE running away from the LoS, who then threw it no-look / backwards over his head? to the other TE who had snuck off on a pop pass route? Stupid and spectacular is a good way to describe it, indeed.

I watch the safety who starts on the five. He bites hard to his left, following the running back who is moving — hard — to the outside of the formation. If that safety doesn’t bite, he’s there to break up the play.

Pretty amazing.
