So, this win has brought some new life to fans' opinions of CMS. Some say "I always liked him", others say "Next", and others say "I was wrong". If another Southern Miss and a close game loss to FL occurs next year, how many of our fanbase will recall today? We all stand a little scarred from close games and head scratchers. Loved the win today. I thought today the game plan was phenomenal! It also made me wonder "how did we lose to Southern Miss, and the gators? Where is this kind of execution earlier in the season?"

I'm neither for or against CMS . . . I feel another year will be a fair evaluation time. What about you? What should next season look like after today?

I think this coaching staff should get more time. I don't think many of us thought we would get to 7-5; including me. - Especially after the first two game! And I like the number of contributing players who will be returning; what appears to be a strong group of redshirts; a good looking recruiting class; and a favorable schedule next year. This staff is building a good and deep team. Go Cats!!

CMS has his win, it obviously provides for a longer leash.

Great job rebounding this season.

regardless how anyone may feel, this year is likely strong enough that admin won't feel an eval is needed next yr. would have to be a 2 or 3 win debacle for them to even consider it.
