There have been five wrestlers represent three different schools in the NCAA tournament. Can you name them?

Bonus points if you can identify their unique achievement.
  1. Who did it while taking consecutive years off?
  2. Who did it while going winless in one of the tournaments?
  3. Who did it while participating in five tournaments?
  4. Who did it while amassing a career losing record at the tournament?
  5. Who did it while winning an individual title?

Austin Gomez (Iowa St, Wisconsin, Michigan) fits the criteria for #1
One of my favorite Natty matches was Desanto majoring him in the wrestle back semis when he was with Cyclones. Gomez tried so hard to set up a big throw only to get repeatedly taken down and put on his back one time. I think Desanto lost in the meet earlier that year from a feet to back throw but wasn't having any of that at Nattys.

aj after this year
Most likely.

This is a question that will be near and dear to this forum's heart as three of the five included a stop at Iowa on their resumes. You all have gotten two of the three so far.

#2 is the original. In 1979 and 1980 Harlan Kistler wrestled for UCLA, after a move to Arizona State in 1981 he finished his career with Iowa in 1983.

#4 is much moore recent. Mitch Moore went 7-8 at the NCAA tournament for Va Tech, Oklahoma, and Rutgers.
