UL proving tonite what I knew all along this year- a complete fraud when it comes to being a top ten team. They beat one decent team all year. It would be a joke if they are ranked in the top 15 next week. Throughly enjoying this thrashing of biblical proportions.

If you don't get it, I suggest you don't read or post in these threads.
You say "I'm thrilled they lost"....but I don't really get that impression from your post. You don't seem all that thrilled about it. I am thrilled about it. I would like to see them drop out of the top 25, though I don't think it will happen.
first off...... your second paragraph there........ makes you sound like a UL fan. So you are already up sh*t creek.
It doesnt matter..... we could be 0-12 while losing to UL by 100 pts. Your rival having their hearts ripped out is funny. And if you dont get that .... strike #2 because you are sounding even more like a UL fan.... and Strike 3 should be just because a person who hates UL shouldnt have to say "I hate UL as much as anyone" because that alone shows you are worrying about people thinking you're a UL lover.
the success of UK in football has exactly zero to do with how much I hate UofL and my happiness over them getting their asses kicked last night.

All I got to say is I am surprised at this game, first I am surprised Houston won and secondly by how they won. Those of us who thought Houston didn't play good defense couldn't have been more wrong, it was stunning how they could play that fast all night, all of them not 1 or 2. Made it hard to understand how they lost the 2 games they did. I don't have the hate for UofL like everyone else here does but I don't like them. Them losing opened the doors for a 2 loss team to get into the playoffs and I am not too excited about that, if the tOSU and Michigan game is close, and the winner wins the Big10 championship, both get in and then the talking heads will start talking about how good the Big10 is. But won't surprise me if at least 2 one loss teams make it in this year.
Well I'm sure Stripper Community College will find some somewhere.
The only shot they had was for several other teams to keep losing. The last vote should have told them exactly what the committee thought about them.

There were tons of little brother fans celebrating when Wisconsin beat us so you're damn right I'm gonna enjoy the hell out of this game for many reasons. Seeing the butt hurt on here from the trolls and Bobby Petrino nuthuggers is effing awesome!!!
Stu, I wouldn't feel bad for the birds, because of their fans they deserve all the crap that we can throw at them.
Four things I enjoy almost as much as a UK victory is watching Louisville lose in football and basketball, UT lose in football and Duke basketball and IU losing in basketball.....
I understand the celebrations but there is a downside. Louisville needs to and probably will drop out of the top 10 based on their poor performance lately with unranked teams. Last night merely put an exclamation point on it. So, if UL beats UK the Cats will be beaten yet again by a lousy team. If UK wins or at least keeps it close it won't mean much to bowl selection committees because UL lost interest in winning a few games ago.
Let's see. Do I want to face a UL team who has lost and may not have it's heart in the rest of the season now or do I want to face a team that was trying to fight its way in to the playoff?

This is the right attitude. I am sick of people throwing it out there that U of L is going to roll us like it is some foregone conclusion. That game next week is going to be a THROW DOWN. Believe it. That is the REAL senior send off the whole team wants... walking of the field at PJCS victors, laughing at the assembled line beards in the stands while they wag their gutter mouths. Hope the whole Yeast clan is there to watch.
You just watched them lose in pathetic fashion to an unranked Houston team from the AAC, and earlier watched them struggle (to one degree or another) with Duke, UVA, and Wake. They lost to Clemson, even though +2 on turnover margin (3 to 5) and they held the ball nearly 2/3 of the game. They won't hold the ball 2/3 of the game against us, you can count on that. Just how common do you really think we are?
Everybody is breaking the seal on their special sauce for this one. Something tells me ours is going to be most special, since we didn't just fritter away our shot at the National Championship.
If we win, we finish the regular season 7-5, with the opportunity to bowl ourselves an 8 win season. We would also leave them looking at a 9 win regular season, rather than the milestone 10.
