The entire program does....us against the world mentality....what choice do they have?....

I don't know. After last season's terrible collapse if we didn't develop an "us against the world mentality" in the offseason we're never going to develop one under Stoops.

Even if they took that mentality.... they still dont now how to tackle properly (except for Landon Young and Jordan Jones) ..they still dont know how to pass rush or shoot gaps. Or how to block... or pick up a blitz as a QB

The players can get as focused as they want....... but they'll have to self learn and call plays on their own.

Landon is a O Line guy but I'm up for him playing both ways

I would transfer ASAP to a school that cared about football, then sue the **** outta Mitch the ***** for damages.
