Nice link. I enjoyed reading something different.........

My Dad's brother in law was my first weight trainer. I was about 145 #'s in high school. He got me on a training program with free weights. I used it for years and gained several pounds of muscle. I sure miss not being able to continue. Disability and all....

BTW, his name was Jake Gibbs, a former Q-B for one of the Mississippi colleges (Can't remember exactly) and a back up catcher on the 60's New York Yankees. (one year as I recall).

I was a big Yankee fan and remember Jake. Actually he played more than one year in the Bigs. He and Elston Howard were the Yankees' catchers after Yogi and before Thurman Munson. He hit a few dingers during his career. He was a very successful college baseball coach but I can't remember where. I'm pretty sure Jake was with the Yankees when Bobby Murcer came up out of Oklahoma City Southeast High School in 1965 or so.

I use, see Alice, I mean Cialis myself,

True story....My Doctor, an OU grad, told me about a 20 year old that wanted some Viagra. Doc told him he would have to do a series of tests to see what was wrong. The guy told him he didn't have a problem, he just wanted it to last 4 hours..........

He worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority when I knew him. I once had his baseball card, but I probably destroyed it with all the Mickey Mantle and Pete Rose rookie cards. Pinned with cloth pins on my bicycle wheels.....Oh well, it was the thing to do in those days...They made a cool sound running down the road.......
