Yes you are correct, and don't forget Congress wants to see detailed records of how Federal money was spent prosecuting this case. The clip you posted brought up a very important point. This is NOT the end of Fanni's troubles. As was mentioned in that clip BOTH the Georgia Legislature as well as the Governor's Office have initiated investigations into this "affair" and the Georgia State Bar is looking into possible ethics violations by Fanni (ie: perjuring herself) that may get her license to practice Law in the State of Georgia suspended permanently!

So she can take a short victory lap because this Judge didn't have the stones to throw her off the case, but what may be coming down the road for her could be far, far worse...like getting hit with a ton of bricks.
