We do a ****** job in this country of identifying people with mental health issues and getting them the help they need. This will likely end badly for this guy and his neighbors one day.
Agreed. But, gosh, we wouldn't want to stigmatize them. The horror!

I have friends who went through issues with a family member. Unless someone is a threat to themselves or others it’s hard, if not impossible, to get them help without their consent. He’s obviously nuts but he’s got a right to be nuts without hurting people.
I also agree that this probably isn’t going to end well.

If you are that afraid of everything you buy a house out in the country away from others and hide. Pretty messed up to do that in a neighborhood. Go be a prepper and hide in a bunker.

I’m pretty isolated and got broke into twice last month.

Just so damn easy to time when house is empty.

They missed three guns. One is under my pillow, now, and rides to work with me.

Gotta Neice full blown diagnosed. She likely broke into my house for drug money.

Until the 1960’s we “housed” our problems by the hundreds of thousands in places like Waiverly (Louisville) Eastern State (Lexington) and even one in Danville.

Now we live among them every trip to Wal Mart.
