Accountability promotion is something done at a high school level. I'm not pointing this out as a bad thing btw. This is an understanding by Grinch to get back to basics and fundamentals. That's how bad it had gotten and I'm glad to see Grinch acknowledge it. No more ***** footing about the **** show that was our defense. Call it like it is then fix it.
